Description
The Drums are located towards the end of the torsion assembly. Its tightened to the torsion tube and is what the cable spools onto when the door goes up.

Had no idea what was going on with my garage door but it was in need of repair. I had two other companies come out and give me an estimate and they both said the operator/motor needed to be replaced and it wasn't going to be cheap. A friend recommended SoCal to me and I am glad he did. Turns out the motor was fine and just needed adjusting and a few minor parts. Evers was extremely knowledgeable and didn't take advantage of us. He's a local guy too, bonus. I fully recommend that you call this company before signing up with anyone else.

We had an issue on our condo garage door. It wouldn't open but we were able to lift it up... I called these guys from a friend's recommendation. The owner of the company came out to my place the same day and showed me where the torsion spring had snapped. He had to order the part and returned the next day. Everything went so smoothly... the price he charged was much lower than I expected to pay... I highly recommend them!
